Abby Elliott
Abby Elliott
(born June 16 in 1987) is an American comedian and actress. She was a member of
Saturday Night Live from 2008 until 2012, and then starred on the Bravo comedy
Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter of comedian/actor
Chris Elliott. Elliott was the elder of two children , and was born in New York
City. She is the daughter Paula Niedert, a talent coordinator and Chris
Elliott, an actor/comedian. Her grandfather was a radio comedian Bob Elliott.
Their younger sister and actress Bridey Elliott was also raised in Wilton. She
attended Immaculate High School Danbury where she performed in musicals as well
as school plays. After having graduated from Immaculate High School in 2005,
she attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but dropped out
during her first semester .In 2010, Elliott began a relationship with her
fellow Saturday Night Live cast member Fred Armisen. Their relationship ended
in September of 2011. Elliott became a television writer Bill Kennedy on
September 3 (September 3, 2016). Edith Pepper Kennedy was born to them. Elliott
took comedy classes at The Groundlings and eventually began practicing and
performing in various sketch comedy shows held at the Upright Citizens Brigade
Theatre (UCB) in Los Angeles.
