Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30, 1990, also called Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is a popular American musician and rapper. His stage name is the name of a beloved uncle, and also the initial name of Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing contract for GOOD Music with Kanye West. In April 2013 Scott signed a joint recording contract with Epic and T.I. Scott also signed a record deal with Epic and T.I. Scott's first project that was full-length the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in the year 2013. In 2013 Scott released his debut full-length mixtape, Owl Pharaoh. The mixtape was later followed by Days Before Rodeo. Rodeo (2015) was his debut album from the studio. The smash single "Antidote" was the main track. The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) achieved his first Billboard 200 top 100 album. Scott followed that year with the release of a joint album, Huncho Jack Huncho, which was released under the name Huncho Jack. The band's third studio album Astroworld was also released to acclaim from critics. The album produced his first Billboard Hot 100 number 1 single, "Sicko Mode" featuring Drake. Scott's compilation album JackBoys was released by Cactus Jack Records in late 2019. It was a top hit on the Billboard 200. Scott's track "Franchise" with Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, debuted. Scott became the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs debut at the top of the list within a mere decade , in the year 2020.
